Work

  • Ran a team of 13 designers

  • Wrote skirmish AI

  • Wrote LUA code that ran all the units in the game.

Learnings:

  • How to create a code foundation for systems.

  • First leadership role, learning to juggle team needs, management needs, project needs, and my own work load.

  • How to speak to creatives and keep them motivated and engaged.
